Product description
A wheelchair moves patients who cannot walk safely, within the hospital or from the entrance to the OPD and wards. Hospitals keep them at entrances, emergency, OPD and wards.
A standard adult wheelchair has a seat about 430 to 460 mm wide on a folding frame of powder-coated steel or chrome or aluminium. Large rear wheels of about 24 inches with push rims let patients move themselves; 8 inch front castors turn easily. Detachable or swing-away footrests and rear-wheel brakes are usual, and it typically carries up to about 100 to 120 kg.
Frame material, self-propelled or attendant type, and extras such as a commode seat or elevating leg rest can be chosen. If your hospital has a standard specification or a tender format, Unnat Exports can quote and supply to that specification.
