Product description
A plain hospital bed is the basic, fixed-height bed used in general wards, step-down areas and hospital hostels. It suits patients who do not need their position changed often, and it is the most economical way to add beds when a teaching hospital must reach its required bed count.
A typical bed is about 1980 × 900 mm, with a frame of CRCA or mild-steel tube, a perforated or strip sheet-metal top that lets the mattress breathe, and tube or bow-type head and foot panels. An epoxy powder-coat finish resists rust and stands up to daily cleaning. It takes a standard 4 to 5 inch hospital mattress.
The same frame is available as a two-function or three-function (Fowler) bed when patients need back and knee positions, and with fixed legs or castors with brakes. If your hospital has a standard specification or a tender format, Unnat Exports can quote and supply to that specification.
